No-Show Policy

Your coaching time is reserved specifically for you. Clients who do not attend a scheduled session without providing at least 24 hours notice will be charged the full session fee. Repeated no-shows may result in the inability to book future appointments. 

Late Arrival Policy

Please arrive on time for your scheduled session. If you arrive late,your session will still end at the originally scheduled time to respect the appointment of other clients. Arrival more than 15 minutes late may be considered a no-show and the session may need to be rescheduled at the coach's discretion.

Cancellation & Rescheduling 

Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice at no charge. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to the full session fee, except in the case of emergencies. 

Session Privacy&Confidentiality & Disclaimer

Your privacy is important. Information shared during coaching session will be kept confidential to the fullest extent permitted by law. Coaching conversations will not be shared with others without your written permission, except when required by law or when there is a concern for safety of the client or another person. 

For youth clients,parents or legal guardians will receive general updates about progress and goals. However, the coaching relationship also values the young person's trust and privacy. Specific details shared during session will remain confidential unless there is a safety concern or legal obligation to disclose the information
