I started Coaches on Social Media back in May of 2018. Then, it was just a small group of coaches that—like me—were looking for some support and accountability around showing up consistently on social media. I ran a 30-day posting challenge where everyone was suppose to post SOMETHING SOMEWHERE every single day.
That challenge not only showed us the power of accountability, but also the power of community. We were there to encourage each other, ask questions, and offer help. That’s when this Facebook group was really born.
Now, we’re a growing community of coaches who share expertise, insight, and successes. We work together to become better versions of ourselves.

As a productivity coach, I host goal-setting workshops and productivity challenges in COSM to help us all with direction, focus, and efficiency.
